Abstract

The integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in healthcare delivery has significantly enhanced patient care through predictive analytics and personalized treatment strategies. This paper proposes an AI-driven framework that leverages machine learning algorithms to predict patient health risks, optimize treatment plans, and streamline healthcare service delivery. By analyzing electronic health records (EHRs), wearable device data, and real-time monitoring systems, the model enables proactive intervention and reduces hospital readmission rates. The study also evaluates system performance using real-world datasets, demonstrating improvements in efficiency, accuracy, and patient satisfaction. The proposed approach highlights the transformative role of AI in building resilient and responsive healthcare delivery ecosystems.
