Abstract

IoT is revolutionizing warehouse management by improving inventory tracking, reducing operational costs, and enhancing supply chain efficiency. This paper explores the role of IoT-enabled RFID tags, autonomous robots, and AI-driven demand forecasting in warehouse automation. It discusses challenges such as cybersecurity threats, high implementation costs, and integration with legacy systems. Case studies highlight successful smart warehousing initiatives that have improved operational efficiency and reduced waste. The study concludes with future trends in IoT-driven logistics and warehousing.
